Verify the the information about your home listed in the public record.
List the make, model, and service record of your major home systems. (HVAC, Water Heater etc.)
Know the boundaries lines of your home to avoid disputes.
Have scale drawing of your home ready for input into Remodeling Software.
Complete a Home Analysis Checklist.
Create a Maintenance and Repair list.
